Job Description

A leading multinational company, recognized as an industry leader, is currently seeking a Senior Recruiter to join its Talent team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Full-cycle recruitment management (end-to-end).
  • Simultaneous management of approximately 20 active openings, mainly focused on commercial roles.
  • Recruitment for the U.S. market.
  • Use and administration of ATS platforms and other recruiting tools.
  • Ongoing collaboration with hiring managers and international stakeholders.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment.
  • Proven experience recruiting for the U.S. market.
  • Strong background recruiting commercial / sales positions.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
  • Advanced level of English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience working with ATS systems.
