Job Description
A leading multinational company, recognized as an industry leader, is currently seeking a Senior Recruiter to join its Talent team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle recruitment management (end-to-end).
- Simultaneous management of approximately 20 active openings, mainly focused on commercial roles.
- Recruitment for the U.S. market.
- Use and administration of ATS platforms and other recruiting tools.
- Ongoing collaboration with hiring managers and international stakeholders.
Mandatory Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment.
- Proven experience recruiting for the U.S. market.
- Strong background recruiting commercial / sales positions.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Advanced level of English, both spoken and written.
- Experience working with ATS systems.
