Job Description

You will be responsible for LingoAce’s recruitment process across all departments for Europe, starting with the French market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Publish, search, and interview potential candidates.
  • Consistently update the ATS with candidates and their details.
  • Strategize priorities with management and reach KPIs.
  • Perform interviews and reviews of candidates with hiring managers.
  • Solicit feedback and schedule interviews with hiring managers and senior team managers.
  • Perform administrative duties for new hires such as drafting offers, approvals, and contracts.
  • Assist managers in onboarding and offboarding of employees.
  • Organise trainings and learning and development activities.
Qualifications and Skills
  • At least 2 years of experience working in a recruitment role.
  • Proficient in English, Spanish, and French; advanced Italian is preferable.
