Peninsula seeks an experienced professional to manage the recruitment of 100-150 individuals quarterly. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will focus on volume recruitment and administrative tasks, ensuring a seamless hiring process. Your role will include conducting interviews, managing candidate feedback, and coordinating new hire documentation for an influential HR consultancy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Post job openings on relevant ATS job boards
• Conduct first stage interviews via phone and video
• Screen a minimum of 15 candidates daily
• Provide exceptional experience for candidates and stakeholders
• Create employment packages and HRIS accounts for new hires
