The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a key role in delivering full-cycle recruitment across the organisation, partnering closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to attract, assess, and hire top talent. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process from requisition through to offer and onboarding, ensuring a high-quality, efficient, and compliant hiring experience.
In addition to coordination, this role requires proactive ownership of recruitment activities, market awareness, and the ability to influence hiring outcomes while delivering a strong candidate and stakeholder experience.
