The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist is responsible for building and maintaining multilingual talent pipelines and supporting full‑cycle recruiting activities to ensure workforce readiness across global programs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, language verification, candidate engagement, and offer support.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract and engage qualified candidates through multiple channels and communities.
  • Proactively identify and recruit passive candidates through targeted outreach, networking, referrals, and relationship building.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines and candidate communities to support current and future hiring demand.
