Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Recruitment

  • Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop hiring strategies.

  • Drive recruitment campaigns across multiple business units and geographies.

• End-to-End Talent Acquisition

  • Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

  • Oversee vendor/consultant relationships and ensure compliance with hiring policies.<...
