Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles across different industries and functions.Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, databases, and direct outreach methods.Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, communication skills, and cultural fit.Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients.Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for both active and future hiring needs.Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements, timelines, and ideal candidate profiles.Recruit for positions ranging from entry-level and operational roles to senior leadership and executive-level positions.Prepare candidate shortlists, interview summaries, and hiring recommendations.Negotiate offers, compensation packages, and emplo...
