Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles across different industries and functions.
  • Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, databases, and direct outreach methods.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, communication skills, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for both active and future hiring needs.
  • Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements, timelines, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Recruit for positions ranging from entry-level and operational roles to senior leadership and executive-level positions.
