  • Excellent Communication and Interviewing skills to engage effectively with candidates
  • Ability to collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs and develop strategies
  • Proficiency in using recruiting tools and platforms
  • Experience in tech talent acquisition is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple hiring processes
  • Preferred Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field


Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals & referrals

• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews

• Coordinate with hiring managers

• Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
