- Excellent Communication and Interviewing skills to engage effectively with candidates
- Ability to collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs and develop strategies
- Proficiency in using recruiting tools and platforms
- Experience in tech talent acquisition is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple hiring processes
- Preferred Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
