Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding)
Hire for BPO, Sales, and Startup-based roles
Conduct screening calls and structured interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Post jobs on relevant job portals and social platforms
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Meet monthly hiring targets and deadlines
Build and maintain talent pipelines
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
