Experience: 5-8 years
Required Skills & Qualifications
Ability to source and assess niche technical talent across IT and Automotive (Embedded, AUTOSAR, Functional Safety, Diagnostics, Testing).
Proven experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment for IT and Automotive roles.
Excellent candidate engagement capabilities—building rapport, maintaining consistent communication, managing expectations, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.
Support with i nterview coordination , including scheduling, follow‑ups, and ensuring a smooth process flow.
Experience using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job portals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
