Job Description

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking events, on-the-ground recruiting such as job fairs, and employee referrals.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
  • Implement and manage high-volume recruitment strategies to meet the demands of high-turnover roles.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Track and report key recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the hiring process.
