What the role is

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition professional who will be both a hands‑on talent partner and a driver of transformation in how we attract and hire talent. This role requires balancing day‑to‑day recruitment with shaping the future of our Talent Acquisition practice.

What you will be working on

• Drive innovation in recruitment practices
• Partner with leaders to design and deliver creative sourcing strategies across multiple functions
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for both immediate and future business needs
• Explore and test new approaches to engaging talent, including digital campaigns, talent mapping, and market intelligence
• Lead and contribute to projects
