YOUR IMPACT
In this role, you will
have the unique opportunity to partner with multiple stakeholders and
lead the full spectrum of Talent Acquisition up to Assistant Manager
level. This includes driving projects, using
creative sourcing techniques to attract talents and to build talent pipeline.
You may partner with different
channels of recruitment sources to maximize talents outreach, with
schools, or by designing campaigns to increase the employer branding and
awareness to attract talents.
YOUR MISSION
- Build the talent pipeline for identified roles by reaching out to passive and active candidates
- Execute the talent acquisition strategies, plans, and advocate best practices
- Proactive management of applicants and provide timely updates to key stakeholders
