Responsibilities

• Partner with Vision33 leaders to drive hiring strategy and talent decisions – not just execute it
• Source and headhunt talent globally - Canada, US, UK, and beyond
• Build and nurture proactive pipelines for hard-to-fill and high-impact roles
• Deliver ‘Best-in-Class’ candidate and manager experience
• Create compelling job ads, outreach campaigns, and employer branding content
• Manage multiple active searches in a fast-moving environment
• Bring a creative flair to the table with new ideas, market insights, and a competitive drive

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven success sourcing and hiring in competitive markets
• Experience hiring a global team in the field of technology & professional services or another related industry is considered an asset
