Key Accountabilities

  • Own end-to-end recruitment delivery across assigned roles, from requisition intake through to offer management and acceptance
  • Expert in effective and proactive candidate sourcing strategy, identifying multiple channels to source high quality, diverse talent whilst enabling a strong candidate experience from end to end
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insight, hiring recommendations, and challenge where required
  • Deliver diverse and inclusive shortlists in line with the client's Inclusion & Diversity commitments
  • Partner with Talent Sourcing Specialists (where applicable) to develop proactive sourcing strategies for critical and hard-to-fill roles
  • Ensure a positive, engaging, and consistent candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment lifecycle
