Role Overview

We are hiring Talent Acquisition Lead to handle end-to-end hiring and strengthen our talent pipeline across roles, on a 6‑month contractual position with the possibility of conversion to full-time employment.

• Handle full recruitment lifecycle: JD finalization, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and joining.
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Maintain trackers/ATS and share regular hiring status reports.
