About the Role

This exciting position encompasses Talent Acquisition, Community Building, and supporting the marketing and HR teams on broader talent initiatives. Your efforts will help make dentsu the most diverse and integrated agency in the MENA region

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted partner for all Talent Acquisition matters within the agency
  • Manage a full 360 TA role across permanent and contract hires for creative and business functions
  • Build and maintain a pool of top talents
  • Partner closely with directors
  • Utilize multiple recruiting sources and techniques to identify and engage a diverse pool of active and passive candidates
  • Ensure a positive candidate process and experience
  • Report on key talent metrics and identify opportunities to enhance our candidate experience
