What you'll be doing:

Ensure the delivery of Talent Acquisition services & metrics to meet hiring strategy.

Manage end-to-end talent acquisition process for all entry level and assigned openings & provide regular recruitment updates and tracking reports to stakeholders.

Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-caliber candidates.
