Requirements
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
1–2 years of experience in a leadership or mentorship role within a recruitment team
Previous experience working with a US based healthcare company
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
