Reporting to the Director of HR Operations and Delivery, this role is responsible for leading a high‑performing team, driving operational excellence, and pioneering the next generation of talent acquisition practices. You will not only manage current hiring needs but also develop a long‑term roadmap that integrates emerging technologies to enhance human decision‑making and scale our organizational capabilities.
