Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager – BPO (Bulk Hiring)
Role Overview
The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead and execute high-volume hiring initiatives for BPO operations. The role is responsible for ensuring a steady pipeline of quality candidates, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and partnering with business stakeholders to meet hiring targets within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to support large-scale hiring needs in BPO environments
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Lead and mentor recruitment teams to achieve hiring SLAs and targets
Build and maintain strong vendor, agency, and campus relationships
Leverage sourcing channels including job portals, social platforms, referrals, and databases
Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports for leadership
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
