What You'll Do

Talent Acquisition

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for Head of Department, Manager and Area Support Office positions, as well as other business-critical roles.
  • Identify and engage high-quality candidates using a mix of traditional sourcing methods, social media and innovative attraction techniques.
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Support employer branding initiatives, recruitment marketing campaigns, hotel openings and high-volume hiring projects.
  • Coach hiring managers on recruitment best practices, interview techniques and ATS processes.
  • Monitor recruitment performance through reporting and analytics, providing insights to improve hiring outcomes.
  • Ensure recruitment activity is compliant, accurately recorded and aligned with company standards.
