Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Leader, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with our hiring teams and candidates throughout the entire full-life cycle recruitment process, from identification to onboarding. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement creative recruitment strategies to attract top-tier technical talent and represent our company as an employer of choice. This role requires effective influence on candidates and hiring teams, negotiation, and offer extensions while ensuring compliance with applicable policies, practices, and statutes.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (BS or BA). Validated a Tourist USA Visa to travel. Must be bilingual in English/Spanish.
