PPG in Mexico City is seeking a Talent Acquisition Team Lead to shape the talent acquisition strategy across Mexico for Architectural Coatings, Coating Services, and GBS. You will partner with senior business and HR leaders to provide efficient, scalable talent solutions.

You will lead a diverse team of recruiters, oversee end-to-end recruitment, leverage analytics and AI-enabled tools, and collaborate across regions to deliver high-quality hires.
