he position is responsible for overseeing the formulation and implementation of effective talent acquisition strategies to foster recruitment and company performance. It also requires the incumbent to provide approvals for various tasks for instance advertisements for new recruits as well as, superintending the appointment process.
Lead the design and implementation of effective talent acquisition strategies to support recruitment and overall business performance.
End to end recruitment for head office and Plants of different locations, including job creation approvals, sourcing, shortlisting, selection, and issuance of offer and appointment letters.
Ensure all recruitment activities align with organizational needs, HR policies, and approved budgets.
Direct the development and execution of onboarding and orientation programs for management staff.
