A well-established and growing organisation is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead high-volume recruitment across a predominantly blue-collar and operational workforce.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys building scalable recruitment processes, and has strong experience running assessment centres.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will:

  • Lead end-to-end high-volume recruitment campaigns
  • Design and facilitate assessment centres
  • Partner closely with operational leaders across multiple sites
  • Manage workforce planning and proactive talent pipelining
  • Drive recruitment process improvements and efficiencies
  • Lead and develop one direct report
  • Report on recruitment metrics and hiring performance
