Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities
  • Develop and execute talent sourcing and hiring strategies
  • Manage onboarding, performance, and talent development processes
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs
  • Support employee engagement and retention initiatives

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years' experience in talent acquisition and talent management
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, sourcing channels, and HR practices
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
