Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities
- Develop and execute talent sourcing and hiring strategies
- Manage onboarding, performance, and talent development processes
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
Requirements:
- 3–5 years' experience in talent acquisition and talent management
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, sourcing channels, and HR practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
