Job Description
We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end internal recruitment for PrimeStaffer International. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing candidates for both white-collar and blue-collar requirements. The position requires handling high-volume hiring, especially for GCC and UAE markets, while meeting monthly onboarding targets and maintaining recruitment data in ATS.
Requirements
• Up to 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Experience in overseas recruitment or GCC market is an added advantage
• Strong sourcing skills and hands-on experience with ATS
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle pressure and meet recruitment targets
• Organized, KPI-driven, and detail-oriented
• Willing to work from office in Kannur
