  • Handles the end-to-end recruitment & onboarding process.
  • Processing, reviewing and organizing 201 employee records.
  • Champions the organization's vision and values through leading by example in operational excellence, professional behavior, and high standards of work.
  • Ensures the experience delivered to our clients and candidates is underpinned by an excellence in customer service without compromise.
  • Works cooperatively and collaboratively with leaders and other workforce to deliver high quality, consistent services to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborates with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled, reviews job descriptions for vacancies.
  • Monitors industry best practice and identify opportunities for the Company to ensure we can attract the best talent and build an ongoing pipeline for future vacancies.
  • Improves current recruiting procedures and implement new sourcing methods.
