Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Support candidate sourcing through job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases
  • Screen resumes based on defined criteria and shortlist suitable candidates
  • Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers
  • Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and documentation
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases
  • Ensure proper documentation of candidate records and interview feedback
  • Prepare interview materials and candidate evaluation forms
  • Support in preparing offer letters and onboarding documentation
