Job Description

  • Assist in conducting initial screening calls using scripts provided by the TA team to check basic candidate qualifications.
  • Help make reminder calls or send text messages to candidates at important stages of the recruitment process where follow‑up is needed
  • Support on‑site recruitment activities at locations by helping with candidate registration, queue management, assessments, and initial screening.
  • Assist the TA team in sourcing and organizing candidate leads from job platforms, social media, referrals, and career events.
  • Help update and manage candidate information in the ATS / e‑recruitment system to ensure records are accurate and organized.
