Talent Acquisition Intern

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and engaging top talent. This internship provides hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process and offers an excellent opportunity to learn about HR and talent acquisition in a dynamic workplace.

Core Responsibilities:

• Assist in posting job ads on various job boards and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist potential candidates based on job requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist in maintaining and updating employee 201 files and ensure proper documentation.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive employee documents.
• Perform other HR-related tasks as may be assigned.
