At Pepper, you will:
Handling daily end-to-end recruitment
Calling up prospective candidates for job pitch
Handling all the aspects of recruitment from sourcing the candidates till the candidate joins the organization
Sourcing prospective candidates by utilizing various methods, including internet job boards, Linked In, ad-reply, networking, direct sourcing, etc.
Screening applicants' skills based on their resume and through interviews
Following and supporting our recruiter in interviews and meetings
Conduct and participate in organizing employee engagement events for new and existing employees
