At Pepper, you will:

• Handling daily end-to-end recruitment
• Calling up prospective candidates for job pitch
• Handling all the aspects of recruitment from sourcing the candidates till the candidate joins the organization
• Sourcing prospective candidates by utilizing various methods, including internet job boards, LinkedIn, ad-reply, networking, direct sourcing, etc.
• Screening applicants' skills based on their resume and through interviews
• Following and supporting our recruiter in interviews and meetings
