to assist in recruiting new financial agents for my growing team

What You'll Be Doing:

Sourcing and headhunting potential candidates (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals).

Pre-screening and shortlisting candidates via WhatsApp or phone.

Scheduling interviews and following up with potential recruits.

Assisting in employer branding & recruitment campaigns.

What I'm Looking For:

Strong communication skills (fluent in English & Mandarin preferred).

Interest in recruitment, HR, or sales.

Proactive and willing to learn new skills.
