Job Description
The People Design Department (PD) Head provides operational leadership in talent acquisition and recruitment, ensuring hiring initiatives are executed efficiently and aligned with organizational workforce strategies. Reporting to the PD Manager and AVP for HR – People & Employee Integration, the role translates recruitment strategies into actionable programs, partnering with hiring managers and business units to ensure timely talent acquisition and workforce sustainability.
