Job description

Key Responsibilities:
1.End-to-End Recruitment:
oManage the entire recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening,
interviewing, and onboarding.
oIdentify and attract top talent using job boards, social media, referrals, and other
sourcing channels.
2.Stakeholder Management:
oCollaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure
alignment with recruitment needs.
oMaintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on hiring
progress.
3.Candidate Experience:
oEnsure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment
process.
oProvide timely feedback to candidates at all stages.
4.HR Process Improvement:
oIdentify opportunities to enhance recruitment processes and implement best
practices.
oSupport the development of recruitment strategies tailored to business needs.
