Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment activities including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, selection criteria, and hiring timelines.
Prepare and maintain accurate job descriptions in line with organisational and ISO documentation standards.
Coordinate interview schedules, assessments, and feedback collection.
Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, recruitment agencies, and other channels.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles.
Support employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and recruitment campaigns.
Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Prepare offer letters and employment documentation in accordance with company policies.
