Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for GCC contract roles (sourcing screening closures).
  • Work closely with TA managers and share daily pipeline updates.
  • Source via Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, InstaHyre, referrals, and networking groups.
  • Build active pipelines for skills like Java, Cloud, Cybersecurity, SAP, Networking, etc.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking for GCC markets.
  • Meet hiring KPIs: submittals, interviews, offers, closures.
  • Maintain updated records in ATS for quick turnarounds.

Requirements

  • 0.6–1.6 years of experience in IT staffing/consulting (not corporate HR).
  • Education: B.Tech/B.E – Mandatory
  • Strong experience in GCC IT contract hiring.
  • Excellent sourcing & Boolean search expertise.
  • Strong communication, negotiation & stakeholder management.
