Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for GCC contract roles (sourcing screening closures).
- Work closely with TA managers and share daily pipeline updates.
- Source via Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, InstaHyre, referrals, and networking groups.
- Build active pipelines for skills like Java, Cloud, Cybersecurity, SAP, Networking, etc.
- Conduct salary benchmarking for GCC markets.
- Meet hiring KPIs: submittals, interviews, offers, closures.
- Maintain updated records in ATS for quick turnarounds.
Requirements
- 0.6–1.6 years of experience in IT staffing/consulting (not corporate HR).
- Education: B.Tech/B.E – Mandatory
- Strong experience in GCC IT contract hiring.
- Excellent sourcing & Boolean search expertise.
- Strong communication, negotiation & stakeholder management.
