Our financial services client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (1–3 years) to manage post-offer processes in Workday

Duration: 6 months 

Location: Fully remote, open to contractors in any province

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator contributes to success as a key member of the Talent Acquisition team by ensuring a smooth, accurate, and timely transition from offer stage through to their first day. As part of the Post-Offer team, this role manages key activities such requisition assignments, offer letter generation, and background screening, helping to reduce delays and create a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers. The position requires strong attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
