Responsibilities include sourcing and screening potential candidates, tracking hiring progress, coordinating interviews, ensuring compliance with safer recruitment practices, and supporting strategic talent initiatives. Additionally, it leverages data insights to optimise hiring outcomes, align regional efforts, and drive the organisation's Referral Programme in LATAM.
