This is a fixed-term position lasting 6 months
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support end-to-end recruiting operations by managing candidate flow, administering the applicant tracking system, coordinating interviews and events, and ensuring compliance, data accuracy, and a high-quality experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.
Principal Job Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Manage the flow of candidates through the recruitment process, which includes posting positions, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.

+ Administer the applicant tracking system, including: adding/removing users, updating user rights, maintaining records, adding and removing requisitions, preparing reports, candidate communication, etc. and ensuring data accuracy

+ Advertise job opportunities on external job board boards, including those that ensure regulatory compliance
