Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is a key role within the human resources or recruitment team. They are responsible for supporting the recruitment process, coordinating various aspects of hiring, and ensuring that the company's talent acquisition efforts run smoothly.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Interview Scheduling and Conducting: Coordinating calendars for candidates and hiring managers across multiple time zones. May be asked to conduct initial interviews for various positions
- ATS Management: Maintaining accurate candidate data, tracking statuses, and ensuring compliance in systems like Nimble, Indeed, and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Candidate Communication: Serving as the main point of contact, providing updates, and acting as a liaison with our jobs email
