We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the full recruiting lifecycle and help deliver a best-in-class candidate experience. This role serves as a key partner to recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates by coordinating interviews, onboarding activities, pre-employment requirements, and recruitment administration. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Talent Acquisition team members to support an efficient, compliant, and candidate-focused hiring process.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams.
Arrange candidate travel and process related reimbursement requests when required.
Guide candidates through the hiring process, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and on time.
