AbbVie is currently seeking an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Coordinator to play a pivotal role in supporting the recruitment process by managing recruitment logistics from initial contact through to onboarding. By supporting the recruitment process, this role assists to coordinate hiring activities and ensures a seamless Candidate and Hiring Manager experience.

You will be responsible for scheduling interviews, maintaining accurate data in the applicant tracking system, coordinating the pre-employment processes, and providing administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Manager to ensure efficient and effective hiring operations. You will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to deliver outstanding service to both internal stakeholders and external candidates.

NOTE: This is a part-time, 3 day per week, 2 year Max Term Contract opportunity.
