Talent Acquisition Associate – Project-Based

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sourcing, screening, and evaluating qualified candidates for all external and internal requirements
• Responsible for profiling initial and behavioral interviews, and presenting qualified non-agent/agent candidates to the hiring manager
• Overseeing the scheduling of the department interview with the appropriate hiring manager
• Responsible for facilitating a smooth internal hiring process
• Responsible for encoding necessary information into the system in an accurate and timely manner
• Responsible for supporting the entire team in meeting the hiring targets

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources, and a related degree
