Job Description

Role Summary
Supports end-to-end recruitment, employer branding, and onboarding to ensure quality hiring and smooth employee integration. Maintains talent pipelines, coordinates new-hire check-ins, and provides hiring data insights to support workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Pipeline
Manage end-to-end recruitment (posting, sourcing, interviews, assessments, job fairs, school partnerships)
Maintain candidate database and talent pipelines for current and future hiring
Conduct background checks and pre-employment documentation
Onboarding & New-Hire Integration
Coordinate onboarding program, employee documentation, and interdepartmental endorsements
Ensure completion of contracts, appointment notices, and employment records
Conduct and track day check-ins and integration follow-ups
Employer Branding & Hiring Support
Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
