The Talent Acquisition Associate will be responsible for identifying qualified candidates

for various positions within the organization and ensuring a seamless onboarding process for

new hires.


This role involves sourcing candidates through multiple channels, pre-screening

them, and endorsing qualified candidates to Talent Acquisition Officers. The associate will

follow key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to ensure the quality and fit of

endorsements, adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) during the onboarding process, and

ensure all pre-employment requirements are met.


The role also includes maintaining accurate reports and monitoring the onboarding process to provide a smooth and engaging experience for new employees.
