Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various job roles
- Make up to 100 calls per day to potential candidates
- Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with hiring managers
- Handle end-to-end candidate communication via email, WhatsApp, and phone
- Resolve candidate queries and issues independently
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex candidate issues
