Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various job roles
  • Make up to 100 calls per day to potential candidates
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers
  • Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with hiring managers
  • Handle end-to-end candidate communication via email, WhatsApp, and phone
  • Resolve candidate queries and issues independently
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex candidate issues
